Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check into the spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services in order to fill out paperwork, ask any questions, and to enjoy all of the benefits that your service has to offer.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notification is required to change or cancel any spa services. If a 24 hour notification is not received, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service(s).
Multiple and Group Appointments
We require a 50% deposit(refundable up to 5 days prior to appointments) at the time of booking on multiple and group appointments. Group/Multiple appointments are subject to a 48 hour cancelation policy for the remainder of the balance.
Spa Use and Spa Ettiquette
Since our goal is to promote an environment for our clients to relax, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing children with you while you are receiving your treatments or services, unless they are also receiving services. This is for your children’s safety and for the total relaxation of all clients.
The minimum age to receive spa services is 10 years. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent to receive services. All children receiving services must have the ability to maintain the serenity of the spa environment.
We strive to provide a relaxing and quiet environment for all of our guests and kindly request cell phones be placed on silent and conversations maintained in low tones to protect the serenity of the environment.
