We require a credit or debit card on file for all appointments at the time of booking.
A 24 hour notification is required to change or cancel any spa services. If a 24 hour notification is not received, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service(s).
No charges will be processed in the event of cancellations due to inclement weather.
